This part is manufactured from first-generation ABS plastic — NOT recycled ABS and NOT 3D printed.

The panel is supplied in pure black ABS, allowing you to sand, prepare and spray it in any color you require to match your motorcycle.

The panel is hand milled, rather than 3D printed or produced from recycled material. Because of the hand-finishing process, minor surface imperfections, machining marks or small areas requiring additional sanding may be present.

These are not considered defects and can be easily addressed during preparation before painting. We recommend lightly sanding and preparing the panel before applying primer and paint.

FITTING:
Designed to fit in the same location and manner as the original Suzuki panel. As with any reproduction part, some minor adjustment or preparation may occasionally be required to achieve the perfect fit on an individual motorcycle.
